Final Rule on Eliminating Duration of Status (D/S): Information Session with ISSS & Klasko Immigrati

Join ISSS and Elise Fialkowski, an immigration attorney from Klasko Immigration Partners for an information session on the Department of Homeland Security final rule eliminating Duration of Status (D/S) for F and J visa holders and related restrictions on academic mobility. During this session, we will review the rule, discuss its potential implications for the Drexel community, and explain new restrictions affecting SEVIS transfers, changes in educational level, changes of major, and educational objectives. We will also address pre-submitted questions and, if time permits, hold a live Q&A session.
