College Forward – Phase 1 Report Out

On March 14, 2025, the Leadership Oversight Advisory Group and the Co-Leads from each task force met to debrief and begin the next steps in identifying strategic priorities for short-term implementation and ongoing consideration to create the next five-year strategic plan. The Phase 1 analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) by each mission area, yielded strategic priorities. Each Task Force defined the imperatives that will strengthen the College of Medicine in its mission areas.
