Clinical Programs Immigration and Asylum Claims Our in-house Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic enables students to gain firsthand experience by representing clients in immigration matters before federal courts and administrative agencies. With guidance and supervision from the clinic director, students appear in immigration court, handle appeals in the federal circuit courts and before administrative appeals boards and represent clients in asylum proceedings and other immigration matters. Learn More Represent Philly’s Entrepreneurs Our semester-long Entrepreneurial Law Clinic gives students opportunities to work with entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area who need legal advice for getting their ventures off the ground. Teams of students receive guidance from mentors from some of Philadelphia’s top firms who serve as an advisory board to the clinic. Richard H. Frankel Associate Dean of Experiential Learning and Director of the Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution Program Professor Frankel has extensive experience both as an appellate advocate and as a clinical teacher. He served as a teaching fellow and supervising attorney for the Georgetown University Law Center's Appellate Litigation Program.
