Adobe Creative Cloud for shared devices
Adobe’s Shared Device Licensing is a licensing model for educational institutions to install Adobe Creative Cloud apps in classrooms, labs, and other shared device setups where the license is assigned to a device instead of an individual. Anyone who logs onto the device has access to Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
To use Creative Cloud apps, including Acrobat Pro, on a shared device, you’ll be prompted to sign in to Adobe after you open a Creative Cloud app. You can sign in to Adobe with Drexel Connect. Creative Cloud apps will only open after a successful sign-in. One sign-in to Creative Cloud unlocks access to all apps.
Notes:
- If you have a Creative Cloud subscription, shared device sign in does not count towards your device activation limit.
- A shared device license does not provide access to services such as storage, libraries, fonts, or Adobe Stock. However, if you have a Creative Cloud subscription with these entitlements, these services are available.

- If prompted with the Kivuto OnTheHub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, review the agreements; select the check boxes to agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and then select Continue.
Note: If you don’t have a Drexel account or you’re unable to sign in with Drexel Connect, you can sign in with a personal account. Create a free Adobe ID at account.adobe.com.
