Full-time faculty hired on or after July 1, 2025 will not complete a faculty annual review for 2025.
Access
Faculty access in Career Pathway:
- Log in to Career Pathway via the Employee tab in DrexelOne.
- At the bottom-left under the My Career channel, click the Career Pathway link.
- Under the Your Tasks box on the Welcome page, click on the annual review (Complete FAR) to begin.
- Complete all sections and submit the review when finished.
Department Head access in Career Pathway:
- Log in to Career Pathway via the Employee tab in DrexelOne.
- At the bottom-left under the My Career channel, click the Career Pathway link.
- Under the Your Tasks box on the Welcome page, click on the annual review (Complete Department Head Review) to begin.
- Complete all sections including the overall rating and submit the review when finished.
