I submitted my FAR and need to edit my responses. What do I do?

Reach out to your department head or the delegate that is completing the department head section of the review and ask them to reopen the faculty step. See the next question for instructions.

I need to send a faculty member’s review back to them for edits. How do I do so?

If the review is in the department head review step, access the review and select the Reopen Step button at the bottom of the Overview page. If the review is in any other step, email hrperform@drexel.edu for assistance.

I’m a department head and need to assign a delegate to participate in a faculty member’s review. How do I do that?

Access the review and click on the Options drop-down menu at the top-right of the Overview page. Select Add Co-Planner. Type the last name of the delegate in the search box and select the correct name. Select Submit or Save.

The co-planner will be able the access the faculty member’s review and add their feedback, but they will not receive the email prompts — only the department head will receive those prompts. Please keep in touch with any delegates to ensure the process is moving along.

Additionally, once the department head or co-planner submits the review, it’s no longer available to either — it moves on to the next step in the process. Be sure that the department head and co-planner only select the Save button until the department head step in the process is complete, at which one of them can select the Submit button.

I’m a department head and need to access Banner or AEFIS to review a faculty member’s teaching metrics. How do I do that?
