Course Curriculum

You will work in an environment that mirrors how senior professionals utilize AI in real-world contexts.

  • Day One builds the conceptual and technical foundation. You'll develop genuine mental models of how AI systems work so that everything on Day Two has solid grounding. The day culminates in the first hands-on lab, run entirely in ChatGPT.
  • Day Two: shifts from understanding to action. Learn how AI systems are built and deployed, navigate the governance and compliance landscape and develop an organizational AI strategy. The day's capstone is a live strategy exercise in which teams build and defend a 90-day AI adoption plan.

This curriculum is designed to mirror the workflow of senior professionals, ensuring that you leave with the practical skills necessary to lead AI initiatives and make high-stakes technical decisions with confidence.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes

Upon successful completion, participants will have fully engaged with both the theoretical and practical aspects of the curriculum.

  1. Core AI/ML Understanding: Articulate how core AI and machine learning techniques work—including neural networks, large language models and diffusion models — without requiring a mathematics background.
  2. Prompt Engineering Mastery: Use ChatGPT and prompt engineering techniques (zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, system prompts) to produce reliable, high-quality outputs for professional tasks.
  3. AI Tool Development: Build a functional, API-powered AI tool using Replit with no prior programming experience, demonstrating how AI products are constructed on top of foundation models.
  4. Ethical Risk Evaluation: Evaluate AI systems for bias, fairness, and ethical risk using established frameworks and real-world case studies.
  5. Regulatory Navigation: Navigate the current regulatory landscape—including the EU AI Act and U.S. federal guidance —and develop internal governance frameworks appropriate to their organization.
  6. Strategic AI Roadmap: Construct and present a 90-day organizational AI adoption roadmap, including build/buy/partner decisions, workforce strategy and risk tiering.
