Update on Drexel's Covid-19 Response

  • Students, faculty and staff who are not fully vaccinated by August 1, 2021 will need to continue to complete the online Drexel Health Checker one to two hours (and no more than 24 hours) prior to arrival to campus and complete weekly COVID testing.
  • Those who are not fully vaccinated are still required to wear a mask while inside any Drexel-owned or campus building, unless alone in a room with the door closed.
  • At this time, and consistent with CDC and local health department guidance for Institutions of higher education, Drexel now requires all students and employees — vaccinated or not — to wear a face mask indoors in all public and shared spaces.
  • Summer quarter begins Monday, June 21, 2021. Some classes will be face-to-face or hybrid format, while the majority of classes will remain remote (check with your instructor about synchronous or asynchronous delivery). If you have any questions or concerns about your course enrollment, please e-mail
