Pharmaceutical Waste

The Department of Environmental Health and Radiation Safety has developed a disposal program to assist the research operations with the disposal of unwanted or expired pharmaceutical waste. The overall goal is to ensure the materials are handled and disposed in a safe and controlled manner.

The program provides the proper disposal of DEA Scheduled Substances and Non-regulated Substances.
