Join us Tuesday, April 9th for our final Lunch & Learn of the academic year. During this workshop, we will (re)define key terms describing interpersonal treatment that can undermine positive and inclusive work environments including: microaggressions, bullying, and ostracism. We will use scenarios to explore these concepts, learn how to recognize both subtle and more overt forms of hostility, and discuss strategies for creating more positive and inclusive work climates. We will highlight relevant University-wide resources and policies.
