The Drexel eBill

Drexel Central uses paperless billing, so you won't receive a paper bill in the mail. Instead, you (and any authorized users you add) can view your account summary and eBill statements online.

Your Responsibility

Students are responsible for:

  • Checking their eBill each month.
  • Making payments by the due date.

If someone is helping you pay your bill and is not an authorized user, you can print your eBill or save it as a PDF to share.

Download Understanding Your eBill [PDF] for help reading your statement.

Drexel University: Understanding the eBill

Drexel University uses an electronic billing system that allows students to access their account summary and eBill statements online.

Your Billing Account

You can manage your student billing account through DrexelOne, where you can:

  • View charges and payments in real time.
  • Download and print eBill statements as PDFs.
  • Add authorized users (like parents or guardians).
  • Add bank account information for making payments and receiving refunds.
  • Make online payments.

You'll have access to 12 months of billing history while your University accounts are active.

How to Access Your eBill

  1. Log in to DrexelOne.
  2. Select the "Billing+Financial Aid" tab.
  3. Under Account Balances and eBills, select "eBills."
  4. Your billing account statements will open in a new browser tab.

Payment Options

Make payments online, in person, by mail, by wire transfer, or through a 529 college savings plan.

eBill Statements

To receive an eBill statement, you must be registered for classes or co‑op at least five days before the bill is issued.

Drexel Central generates eBill statements once per month, based on recent registration, payments, or changes to your account. When a new eBill is available, you'll receive an email to your official Drexel email address that includes a link to your eBill, the current due date, and the balance or credit due.

Note Regarding Housing Deposits

For students who reside in Drexel housing, housing deposits will be held until June. At the end of June, deposits will be applied to the student's account. If a student is assessed any housing damage charges, those charges will be deducted from the deposit before it is applied to the student's account.

You (and your authorized users) can sign up to receive text alerts when a new eBill is issued.

How to Sign Up

  1. Log in to DrexelOne.
  2. Go to the Billing + Financial Aid tab.
  3. Select the "eBills" link under Account Balances and eBills.
  4. From the My Profile menu, select "Personal Profile.
  5. Select "Edit" next to the mobile number.
Note: If you have not previously enrolled in multi-factor authentication, you will be required to do so in "Security Settings" before enabling text messages.
  6. Enter your mobile number and carrier and select "Save."

Standard messaging rates apply.

Authorized Users

You can give others—such as parents, guardians, or employers—authorized user access to your eBill. If you have more than one person paying your bill, you can authorize multiple users. Authorized users can:

  • View your eBill anytime.
  • Make online eCheck/ACH or credit card payments.

We strongly encourage you to add authorized users before your first billing due date.

How to Add an Authorized User

Authorized Users: View and Pay the eBill

If a student has granted you access as an authorized user, you will be able to view their billing account information in the Drexel eBill System and pay the student's balance by eCheck/ACH or credit card. Domestic credit card payments are assessed a 3.00% convenience fee (minimum $3.00), and international credit card payments are assessed a 4.25% convenience fee (minimum $3.00) on the payment amount.
