Payment Due Dates
Drexel prepares eBill statements once a month based on recent registration, payments, or transactions on your student account.
You'll find Drexel's billing schedule below, along with payment due dates and information about what happens if your bill is not paid on time.
If your balance is not paid in full by the due date on your eBill, a late fee of 1% of the unpaid balance will be added to your account.
- Late fees appear on your next month's eBill.
- A late fee will be charged each month you have an unpaid balance.
- Late fees become part of your total amount due, and you are responsible for paying them.
If you have questions about a late fee on your account, contact Drexel Central through AskDrexel.
If you do not pay your balance by the eBill due date, a financial hold will be placed on your account. A financial hold prevents you from:
- Registering for courses for future academic terms
- Viewing your grades
- Ordering and receiving a transcript
- Receiving your diploma
View all registration holds and restrictions that may appear on a student account.
Removing a Financial Hold
Your financial hold will be lifted once your balance is paid.
- Online payment (eCheck or credit card): hold removed within 24 hours
- In-person payment at Drexel Central: hold removed immediately
Billing Schedule
Note: To receive an eBill statement, you must be registered for classes or co-op at least five days before the bill is issued.
