Add an Authorized eBill User
You can allow others—such as parents, guardians, or employers—to access your eBill. If more than one person is paying your bill, you can authorize multiple users. Authorized users can:
- View your eBill anytime.
- Make online eCheck/ACH or credit card payments.
We strongly encourage you to add authorized users before your first billing due date.
How to Add an Authorized User
- Log in to DrexelOne.
- Select the Billing+Financial Aid tab.
- Under Manage Online Billing, select "Authorized Users."
- Enter the email address of the authorized user (lowercase only, because the system is case-sensitive).
- Review the options and choose the level of access to grant.
- Select the "Continue" button.
- Read the agreement, select the "I Agree" button, and then select "Continue."
The authorized user will receive two emails, one with a login link and one with a temporary password. They will create a new password when they log in for the first time.
Once an individual has been granted access as an authorized user, they can view your billing account information in the Drexel eBill System.
Note: Authorized users cannot access your academic records or DrexelOne account, and FERPA policies still apply.
