Usama Bilal, PhD, MD, an assistant professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in a Jan. 12 Philadelphia Inquirer opinion article about some newfound optimism from experts about the state of the COVID-19 pandemic and, despite progress, why people should continue to care about its effects. The article also ran Jan. 20 in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
