Arthur Frank, MD, PhD, a professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in an NBC News story about a federal appeals court ruling that rejected Johnson & Johnson’s effort to move more than 38,000 lawsuits to bankruptcy court. It’s the latest step in a long legal fight over allegations that talc in Johnson & Johnson baby powder is linked to ovarian cancer.
