Returning Undergraduate Student Housing
From Second-Year Students To Those in Their Final Year
Implemented in 2011, Drexel's Two-Year Residency Program was developed to provide both first-year and second-year students with a wide range of learning and lifestyle housing options to customize their Drexel living experience. Second-year students have a variety of housing options to choose from, but they must choose from one of the housing options below unless they receive an exemption. Meanwhile third-year, fourth-year, and fifth-year students can choose to live off-campus if they want; however, there are many benefits to living on campus!
Second-Year and Beyond: Undergraduate Housing at Drexel
Operated by Housing and Residence Life, Caneris Hall is great option for returning students. For second-year students who opt in to the Honors Living Learning Community, Bentley Hall is another option.
Drexel's affiliated-housing properties operated by American Campus Communities — Chestnut Square, The Summit, and University Crossings — a Drexel fraternity or sorority house (invitation from the organization required), and the Philadelphia Collegiate Recovery Haven round out your on-campus housing options that are approved for the Two-Year Residency Program.
