Pathways is an elementary school classroom kit aimed at children ages 8 through 12. The kit facilitates the education and communication between parents and teachers, while educating them and the T1 child’s classmates about the disease and the different steps the T1 must take throughout the day. Included in the kit is a board game (including all components for 4 to 6 players), guide book for teachers, personalized student booklet, daily log notepad and pen.
