Event and Meeting Spaces 

There are a variety of spaces on the University City campus for departments, colleges, schools and recognized student organizations to host events such as meetings, lectures, workshops, receptions and concerts.

Event and Meeting Spaces Managed by Event Services

The following is a list of event and meeting spaces that may be reserved through Drexel Event Services. Department event planners must submit reservation requests for these spaces through the Campus Reservation System and recognized student organizations must submit their reservation requests through DragonLink.

General Purpose Spaces

The following spaces are available to reserve for the current academic year only (future academic years are not available until the academic year begins). Reservation requests for these spaces must be submitted via the Campus Reservation System (for departments) or DragonLink (student organizations).

  • Bossone Research Enterprise Center, 31st and Market Streets
  • Creese Student Center, 32nd and Chestnut Streets
  • MacAlister Hall, 33rd and Chestnut Streets
  • Main Building, 32nd and Chestnut Streets
  • Ross Commons, 34th Street and Powelton Avenue

Classrooms and Academic Spaces

Classroom and academic space requests are reviewed by the school or college's representative no later than the Monday of the third week of the term in which the space is requested. Reservation requests for these spaces must be submitted via the Campus Reservation System (for departments) or DragonLink (student organizations). If approved, the event planner will received an email confirmation and the event reservation request will be updated to reflect the approval.

Greenawalt Student Development Center (for student organizations)

There are three (3) conference rooms available exclusively for recognized student organizations in the Greenawalt Student Development Center (located in the Creese Student Center).

Alternative Spaces Not Managed by Event Services

Event planners may consider alternative locations. Locations not available in the Campus Reservation System have their own processes and contacts for reserving. The following is a list of alternative spaces that are not reserved through Event Services.
