Renee Harris, Founder and CEO of STEM Prep Academy and Esteem Girls Inc., has spent nearly a decade creating accessible, hands-on STEM experiences for children in Philadelphia. As a PhD student at Drexel University, her research focuses on how early exposure to STEM programs impacts STEM career achievement for Black and Brown children.
