Esraa holds a master’s degree in public administration from the American University in Cairo, with more than 10 years of experience in managing educational projects within national and international non-profit organizations in Egypt.

Her research interests focus on internationalization in higher education, with particular attention to how higher education institutions in developing countries design and implement policies that integrate international dimensions and enhance inclusivity. She is interested in exploring how institutional policies embrace internationalization strategies and promote equitable access to global learning opportunities for all students.
