Accounts are created for individual contacts within an organization. We do not recommend sharing your user ID and PIN as it will allow access to all hiring and evaluation information for co-op students. If you have ever had an affiliation with Drexel University as a student, staff, or faculty member, your user ID and PIN will also allow access to any of your previous student or employee records. Your user ID and PIN should never be shared with a current student, even if that student is participating in the interview process for a successor, as this violates FERPA.
