TriNetX Training and Access

Drexel faculty mentor is required for all medical students prior to obtaining access to TriNetX.

Medical Students
Drexel medical students must register and gain access to TriNetX through the Office of Student Affairs, Career Advising website: OSACA: Office of Student Affairs and Career Advising (drexel.edu). Once on the “How to Find Research” webcampus page, click on “2. TriNetX.”

    • You will receive an email confirming your enrollment

    • Review TriNetX SOPs
    • Take TriNetX overview competency quiz; score ≥80% to pass
    • After successful completion, email training certificate to your Drexel TriNetX Admin
    • Upon successful completion of the training, email your training certificate to the Drexel TriNetX Admin email below. Certificates can be found within the TriNetX Training course on Blackboard under the tab that reads “Achievements.” Click on the Achievements tab and you will see your earned certificate. Send to your Trinetx Admin to grant you access.
