Learn About the Minority Cannabis Business Association’s & Minorities for Medical Marijuana’s Equity Workshop Tour with Mike Lomuto and Dr. Adrian Adams

Mike Lomuto serves as the Board Chair of the Minority Cannabis Business Association. With over two decades of cannabis industry experience, Mike commits the lion’s share of his current energy to advocating for the development of an equitable industry. To this effect, Mike has curated an aligned network while developing policy, educational, and business support initiatives nationwide, all aimed at creating greater equity and inclusivity, at the municipal, state, and federal levels. This includes the highly collaborative and impactful Equity Workshop Tour and Equity Policy Roundtable.

Dr. Adrian Adams is a serial entrepreneur in medicine, cannabis, and hemp. As the NYS Director of Minorities for Medical Marijuana, he has helped many Social Equity licensees enter the cannabis space. Dr. Adams has also co-founded a roundtable of national nonprofit leaders to advise state policy makers on setting up regulations for new state markets.

Dr. Adams and Mike will be presenting on each of their respective organization’s mission, how the Equity Workshop Tour came to be, and a variety of issues impacting equity and access in the cannabis industry.
