Match Day – March 15 — can't come soon enough for our very excited, and nervous, fourth-year medical students. This year we invite you follow, share and tweet your experience with #TGIMDrexelMed.

Match Day is the day when students learn where they will begin their residency programs. It is one of the most exciting days in a young doctor's education and can come with great emotion as the next chapter in their careers begins.

At the traditional event — celebrated on the same day at medical schools around the globe — students will simultaneously open sealed envelopes containing the name and location of their residency training. Drexel's Match Day is held at the Queen Lane Campus and traditionally begins with a champagne toast delivered by Dean Daniel V. Schidlow, MD.

Please note that the Match Day ceremony is for members of the Class of 2013 only.
