Structured Pathways: Post-Baccalaureate, Linkage, and Community-Responsive Pathway Models (IDEAS)

Tuesday, November 17, 2026

3:00 PM-4:00 PM

Post-baccalaureate programs, linkage agreements, and community-responsive pathway models represent distinct but overlapping strategies for expanding and structuring the path to medicine. This webinar takes a practical look at how these programs operate: how agreements between institutions are structured, how programs measure and track outcomes, and lessons learned to promote sustainability.

This webinar is the second in the series, "Pathways to Medicine: Evolving Practices and Innovations." This three-part series, developed in partnership with Drexel University College of Medicine, brings together pathway program directors, educators, and administrators from institutions across the country to examine emerging evidence and share promising practices that support the growth of a physician and biomedical workforce that reflects and responds to the communities it serves.
