Pathway of Practice Ceremony

You are invited to attend the Pathway of Practice Ceremony for the Drexel University College of Medicine at Tower Health MD Program Class of 2028.

Formerly known as the Transition to Clinic Ceremony, this event reflects a renewed vision of our students’ journey into medicine. The name Pathway of Practice captures the ongoing process of becoming a physician and marks a pivotal milestone as students enter the clinical phase of their education and assume greater responsibility in patient care.

The ceremony also celebrates the clinicians and educators whose mentorship and excellence guide their development. The morning will begin on campus with an awards presentation honoring members of the Class of 2028 with Phase 1 awards.

We will also recognize outstanding faculty, staff, and clinical educators with Golden Apple Awards and celebrate clinical instructors from Reading Hospital and Tower Health for their dedication to teaching and mentoring our students.

Following the campus ceremony, attendees will participate in a symbolic group walk to Reading Hospital for brief remarks and a tour (students only), formally marking the Class of 2028’s transition into the clinical environment.
