Mrudula Rao Gadani, MD, is an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine.
Gadani’s efforts in quality improvement (QI) and patient safety have had a profound impact on patients and trainees alike. She has created a quality improvement/patient safety curriculum for residents and mentors them in their own QI projects. She is also committed to teaching with great nuance on a range of challenging topics including the costs and benefits of a given treatment, medical errors, critical thinking and decision-making, and barriers to care.
