Black History Month Luncheon

Wednesday, February 26, 2020

12:00 PM-1:30 PM

The Black Faculty & Professional Staff Association (BFPSA) hosts their biggest event of the year, the annual Black History Month Luncheon, on Wednesday, Feb. 26, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Behrakis Grand Hall. Interim Nina Henderson Provost Paul E. Jensen, PhD, will provide opening remarks, and Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer Kimberly Gholston will be this year’s keynote speaker.

This event is open to the entire Drexel community. Registering for this event is not mandatory, but it is encouraged so we can get an accurate estimate. Please RSVP via this Qualtrics link if you wish to attend. Attendees are encouraged to wear African attire.

At this year’s luncheon, BFPSA is celebrating the greatness within the black faculty and professional staff community. Send your best headshot and a brief description of your recent professional achievements to bfpsa@drexel.edu, and you could appear in a virtual presentation during the luncheon. Bring your business cards and/or event flyers to network and share details about your organization or department’s upcoming projects at the luncheon's information tables. BFPSA looks forward to seeing you on Feb. 26!
