Dine & Discover: Jamaica

Join the Office of Global Engagement and Education Abroad and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) as we travel to a Jamaican restaurant.

This quarter, Dine & Discover will feature Jamaica. Students will have a chance to eat traditional Jamaican cuisine and hear from a guest lecturer about the food and culture of Jamaica. This is also a chance for international and domestic students to meet, mingle, and learn from each other! All students interested in trying new foods and meeting new people are encouraged to attend.

On January 22, we will meet and depart campus to go to 48th Street Grille restaurant for dinner. Final registrants will be informed with specific details.

Once you have completed the survey, please stop by the Office of Global Engagement and Education Abroad (Randell Hall, Suite 235) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to pay a $10 nonrefundable reservation fee and sign a waiver. The payment (via cash or Venmo) will reserve your space at the event and cover the cost of your meal. All reservations, waivers, and payments must be submitted before January 17 to participate.

Students on co-op who are unable to stop by the Office of International Programs can email oip@drexel.edu for more information about submitting payment and waivers.

Space is limited to 25 students. Your registration is not complete until the Office of Global Engagement has received your online registration, payment, and signed waiver.
