JD, MLS and LLM Graduates

Ordering Regalia

The cost of the rental of regalia for JD and LLM graduates is $106.50 (tax included). This covers the cost of your robe and hood. The cost of the rental of regalia for MLS graduates is $93.00. Everyone will wear a tam which will be provided to you when you arrive at Graduation with the Dean’s compliments. Arrangements to pick up your tam at the Law School will be made in the coming weeks and will be announced here on this page.

Order Regalia

All orders must be placed not later than March 22. Failure to do so will result in  your inability to participate in Graduation.

Regalia Pick-Up

Graduation regalia will be available for pick up from Barnes and Nobel Bookstore, 3250 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, beginning Wednesday, April 24 through Wednesday, May 15. The Bookstore is open from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All regalia must be picked up by May 15 - no extensions will be provided. Any regalia not picked up by May 15, will be available for pick up when you arrive at the Kimmel Center for Graduation on May 17.

Tams will be provided to you when you arrive at the Kimmel Center on May 17. Graduates are to arrive at 8:00 a.m. and report to the Comcast Room located on the 2nd Floor of The Kimmel Center.

BA in Law Graduates

The cost of the rental of regalia (cap {mortar board}, gown, tassel, and hood) for BA in Law graduates is $94.25. BA in Law graduates must contact Mary McGovern,, to order their regalia by March 22.

All orders must be placed not later than March 22. Failure to do so will result in your inability to participate in Graduation.

Graduation Tickets

Ticket Orders

Each graduate will receive up to 11 tickets. As a graduate, you do not need a ticket. The Kimmel Center requires that all guests, including children seated on laps, present a ticket to gain admission into Verizon Hall.

To request tickets, click the link below and indicate how many tickets you would like. If any of your guests require accommodated seating, please indicate the type of accommodation required. Additional tickets, if available, will be awarded after April 11 on a first-come, first serve basis. If you are interested in receiving additional tickets, please email Mary McGovern at

All ticket requests must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, April 5 (firm deadline). The order deadline has now passed.

Ticket Pick-Up

Graduation tickets will be available for pick up from Mallory Heller in Room 416 at the Law School on the following dates between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, April 16, 17, and 18
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, April 22, 23, and 24
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, April 29, 30, May 1

All tickets must be picked up by May 1 – NO EXTENSIONS. Tickets will not be available at the Kimmel Center.


Before picking up tickets you must: (1) Complete an employment survey and (2) Schedule a brief appointment by phone or zoom with a CSO advisor.

Step 1: Complete the survey by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to Symplicity (Reach out to CSO if you've forgotten your login)
  2. Click on your Profile Pic/Initials (circle at the top right)
  3. Select “My Account” link
  4. Scroll to Employment Survey and complete all questions. Hit the finalize button.

Step 2:

Schedule an appointment on Symplicity to finalize your survey with a CSO Advisor (3L Employment Survey). It takes a few minutes either in person, Zoom, or phone and enables us to finalize your data accurately. Your survey must be reviewed and finalized by CSO in order for you to pick up your tickets.
