Kristan Saubert received a 2011 Shannon Bybee Scholarship Award from the International Association of Gaming Advisors.

The award was based on Saubert’s paper, “Regulatory Roulette: Casinos and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance.”

Saubert received her BS degree from Tulane University.
