Print your file with Web Print

Note: If you're working from off campus, you'll need to connect to Drexel's Virtual Private Network (VPN) before you can print using Web Print.

Web Print lets you print by uploading Microsoft Office documents, PDFs, or images from a web browser.

  1. Go to drexel.edu/print and sign in with Drexel Connect.
  2. Select Web Print.
  3. From the Web Print page, select Submit a Job.
  4. Several predefined print options are listed. Choose a printer that's right for your file, and then select Print Options and Account Selection.
  5. Printer selection gives you options for paper size, one sided/two sided printing, and black & white or color printing.
  6. Choose how many copies of the file you want, and then select Upload Documents.
  7. Select Upload from computer, select the file you want to print, and then select Open.
  8. Tip: You can also drag files from File Explorer or Finder straight to the Upload from computer pane.

  9. Select Upload & Complete to send your file to the print queue.

Note: When you print a file, it's not printed immediately. Print jobs are held in a queue. Learn how to release a job to print from a release station.
