Print your file with Mobility Print

  Note: iPhones running iOS 17 might fail to find Mobility Print printers. This issue has been resolved with the release of iOS 17.2. To apply the fix, update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.

  Note: If you're working from off campus, you'll need to connect to Drexel's Virtual Private Network (VPN) before you can download the installer or before you can print using Mobility Print.

Mobility Print enables quick and easy setup and printing from your personal devices, and lets you print from any app on your device with all available paper sizes and finishing options. Mobility Print is available for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and ChromeOS devices.

  1. Go to drexel.edu/print/install.
  2. Download Mobility Print and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
  3. Tip: If you don't see the correct instructions for your device, select the icon at the bottom of the page for your device's operating system.

  4. When your ready to print, print like you normally would.
    • For black & white printing, choose Find Me BW from your list of printers.
    • For color printing, choose Find Me Color from your list of printers.
  5. Choose any options you want, such as paper size and page orientation, and then select Print to send your file to the print queue.
  6. Tip: Printing from a Mac? If prompted, enter your Drexel email address, it looks like abc123@drexel.edu, and password, and then select OK. Choose Remember this password in my keychain to save your credentials.

  Note: When you print a file, it's not printed immediately. Print jobs are held in a queue. Learn how to release a job to print from a release station.
