Employee Engagement Sessions

Drexel University administrative units regularly host function-focused Employee Engagement Sessions to foster two-way communication, strengthen relationships, and encourage collaboration across the University. This initiative was developed in response to feedback President Merlo received during professional staff office hours.

These ongoing conversations provide an opportunity for professional staff to share insights on the processes, protocols, and systems that shape their work. Feedback gathered through these sessions helps inform future engagement efforts and strengthens partnerships across the Drexel community.

Employee Engagement Sessions are open to all professional staff, regardless of college, unit, or functional area.
