New Defined Contribution Retirement Contribution Option: Roth 403(b)

Human Resources is pleased to announce a new retirement savings opportunity. Eligible faculty and professional staff will now have the option of electing after-tax contributions with the new Roth 403(b) option under Drexel's Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

- Select the Employee tab
- Select "More BannerWeb Employee Services" under the Payroll tab
- Select Benefits and Deductions
- Select "Enroll or Change Retirement Plans"
