Walk at Work Wellness Challenge (25 Wellness Points)*

During this four-week wellness challenge, you’ll aim to walk 10,000 steps a day, with an emphasis on fitting in more walking at work. This challenge will help you increase your physical activity, reduce your time spent sitting, relieve stress, and improve your overall health!

This challenge will run from August 24th to September 20th. You can register beginning August 10th. The very last day to sign-up is August 31st.

To register, login to the Health Advocate Wellness Incentive Portal:
• Click on “Walk at Work” from your To Do List
• Click “Join”

If you participate weekly, you will receive 25 wellness incentive points ($25!). You must register for the 2020 program AND complete your 2020 Personal Health Profile before you will be eligible to receive any payouts.
