Tiffani has been with Drexel University since 2012, teaching classes including Introduction to Project Management, Managing Multiple Projects and Organizational Research at both the graduate and undergraduate level within the College of Engineering and the Goodwin College of Professional Studies. In May of 2015, she won the Samuel Mercer, Jr. Award, which recognizes faculty members for outstanding achievements in instruction.
Along with teaching here at Drexel, Tiffani is also the founder, and CEO of Worthy Solutions, which creates and delivers solutions that respond to business challenges and anticipates future challenges to keep businesses ahead and propels them forward. Worthy Solutions operates within the Philadelphia Metro Area, as well as the Washington, D.C. Metro Area, and was founded in 2010.
In 2007, after seven years of active duty with the United States Army, Tiffani founded the All Things Are Possible Foundation, Willingboro, NJ; a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to empower the youth and enhance the community.
Some notable awards Tiffani has won over the years, include the Bronze Star Medal earned for Operation Iraqi Freedom, the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly Joint Legislative Resolution for meritorious record of leadership and commitment, 2018, and Philadelphia Business Journal 40 under 40, 2017.
Tiffani earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Human and Organizational Learning from George Washington, in 2012. In 2005, while serving active duty for the U.S. Army, she earned her MA in Human Resources from Webster University. Before being deployed in 2000, Tiffani earned her BS in Environmental Engineering and French from West Point, where her military background also comes from. Tiffani is also a 2018 alumnus of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia, which is a non-profit organization that mobilizes and connects the talent of the private sector to serve the community.
