Dr. Tiffani A. Worthy has been with Drexel University since 2012, teaching classes including Introduction to Project Management, Managing Multiple Projects and Organizational Research at both the graduate and undergraduate level within the College of Engineering and the Goodwin College of Professional Studies. In May of 2015, she won the Samuel Mercer, Jr. Award, which recognizes faculty members for outstanding achievements in instruction and the Adjunct Faculty Award for Teaching Excellence in 2022.
Along with teaching here at Drexel, Dr. Worthy is also the founder, and CEO of Worthy Solutions, which creates and delivers solutions that respond to business challenges and anticipates future challenges to keep businesses ahead and propels them forward.
In 2007, after seven years of active duty with the United States Army, Dr. Worthy founded the All Things Are Possible (ATAP) Foundation, Willingboro, NJ; a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to empower the youth and to enhance the community. ATAP serves over 500 students annually with an emphasis on discovering the possibilities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM).
Some notable awards Dr. Worthy has won over the years, include the Bronze Star Medal earned for Operation Iraqi Freedom, the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly Joint Legislative Resolution for meritorious record of leadership and commitment, 2018, and Philadelphia Business Journal 40 under 40, 2017.
Dr. Worthy earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington; she earned her MA in Human Resources from Webster University, and she earned her BS in Environmental Engineering and French from West Point. Dr. Worthy is also a 2018 alumnus of LEADERSHIP Philadelphia, which is a non-profit organization that mobilizes and connects the talent of the private sector to serve the community.
