Tariem Burroughs, PhD, MSEd, MSODL, Executive Director for External Partnerships (and former chair of SEPTA's Citizens Advisory Council), was quoted in a Sept. 23 Philadelphia Tribune article about SEPTA's new bus network has fueled the largest monthly increase in bus ridership in nearly two years.
