Philadelphia Residents Reject Using War-on-Drugs-Era Policies to Treat the Opioid Crisis, According to Poll

Alexis Roth, PhD, MPH, associate professor in the department of Community Health and Prevention at Dornsife, was quoted in a March 24 Philadelphia Inquirer article about a new poll of Philadelphia voters that asked how they think the opioid crisis in Philadelphia should be addressed.

Roth's research was also cited in a March 22 blog post on the Prevention Point Philadelphia website. Prevention Point spotlighted Drexel's TIARAS program (Trauma Intervention to Optimize PrEP Among Women Who Inject Drugs) in honor of National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
