Mariana Chilton, PhD, a professor and director of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities in the Dornsife School of Public Health, was a signatory of a letter published March 26 by The Guardian about the importance of guaranteeing the right to food and a living income through real living wages, together with adequate social security provision, to end the need for charitable food aid in all societies.
