Arthur Frank, MD, PhD, a professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in a May 22 Journal de Montréal (Canada) story about Quebec’s preparations to test the drinking water of municipal pipes made of asbestos-cement to find out whether carcinogenic fibers contaminate the water that millions of Quebecers drink.
