Joseph Amon, PhD, a clinical professor and director of the Office of Global Health at Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in a June 10 Reuters article about the Biden administration upholding Title 42, a policy that expels migrants at the U.S. border, insisting it's a public health policy to stop the spread of coronavirus.
