Esther Chernak, MD, an associate professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health and College of Medicine and director of the Center for Public Health Readiness and Communication, was quoted in a June 28 Associated Press article, that was also published by Penn Live, WPTV (West Palm Beach, Florida), Lancaster Online and Minnesota Star Tribune, among other outlets.

On June 30 the story was picked up the Fremont Tribune (Nebraska), WFMZ-TV (Allentown, Pennsylvania), Chicago Tribune, The Hartford Courant (Connecticut), and The Roanoke Times (Virginia), among other outlets.
