Cell Phone Records Show Dramatic Drop in Regional Travel Outside Philly After Governor’s COVID-19 Order

Mariana Chilton, PhD, a professor of Health Management and Policy at the Dornsife School of Public Health, was quoted in an April 8 Philadelphia Inquirer article about a drop in daily regional travel across much of Pennsylvania following Governor Wolf’s order to shut down non-life sustaining businesses.

The article was also published April 8 in Mass Transit magazine.
