Pay-what-you-can Cafe in Philly Needs More Financial Nourishment to Continue Serving Needy

Mariana Chilton, PhD, a professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health and founder of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities, was interviewed for an Oct. 28 WHYY/Newsworks story about the EAT Café, a pay-what-you-can restaurant connected to the Center that recently celebrated is first anniversary. The Café was also mentioned (at No. 5) in a list of Philadelphia restaurants that give back the the community posted by Eater Philadelphia on Oct. 30.
