Philly's "Pay What You Can" Restaurant Offers New Solution to Food Insecurity

Mariana Chilton, PhD, a professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health and director of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities, was quoted in a Dec. 8 Mic.com story about her work to establish the EAT Café, a university-suppored pay-what-you-can restaurant in West Philadelphia. She was also quoted in a related story about the cafe on Vice.com's "Munchies" blog on Dec. 12.
