A Scientific Perspective on Genetics and Race

Michael Yudell, PhD, MPH, the Chair and Associate Professor in the Community Health and Prevention Department of the Dornsife School of Public Health, was featured in WHYY’s special live version of the series "So, What Do You Do?". He was interviewed by the host of the Black Tribbles podcast and spoke about his work on genetic relations to race and their sociological implications. Dr. Yudell is the co-author of the book "Welcome to the Genome", which was published after the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2003.
