My research will use OIC of America as a case study in a Qualitative Comparative Analysis of non-profit and social movement organizations that have scaled from an idea to a nationally syndicated organization. By identifying a subset of factors which have proven successful in organizational scaling practices, this research could inform non-profit start-ups in building out their development capacity and sustainability plan.
