The following cancellation fee and deadline information is regarding housing agreements with Drexel University for residence hall assignments only. View the Cancellation Policy for more information regarding cancellation requests.

Quarter Students (Undergraduate and Graduate)

There are no cancellation or "re-let" fees when students go on co-op or study abroad.

	From September 22, 2024 to October 27, 2024	Housing charges will be prorated based upon date of check-out.
	On or after October 28, 2024	Full Housing Term Charge
Winter Quarter	Before January 5, 2025	$0
	From January 5, 2025 to February 9, 2025	Housing charges will be prorated based upon date of check-out.
	On or after February 10, 2025	Full Housing Term Charge
Spring Quarter	Before March 30, 2025	$0
	From March 30, 2025 to May 4, 2025	Housing charges will be prorated based upon date of check-out.
	On or after May 5, 2025	Full Housing Term Charge
Summer Quarter	Before June 22, 2025	$0
	From June 22, 2025 to July 25, 2025	Housing charges will be prorated based upon date of check-out.
	On or after July 26, 2025	Full Housing Term Charge

	From January 5, 2024 to February 9, 2025	Housing charges will be prorated based upon date of check-out.
	On or after February 10, 2025	Full Housing Term Charge
Summer Semester	Before May 11, 2025	$0
	From May 11, 2025– June 15, 2025	Housing charges will be prorated based upon date of check-out.
	On or after June 16, 2025	Full Housing Term Charge
